Terms of Service
Last Updated: February 27, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to FreeShippingDirectory.com ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, API, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Nature of Our Service
FreeShippingDirectory.com is a directory service that aggregates shipping policy information from third-party e-commerce websites. We are not a retailer. We do not sell, ship, or handle any physical goods.
While we strive for accuracy, shipping policies change frequently. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any shipping data, threshold, or code listed on our site or returned via our API. You acknowledge that you should verify the shipping policy directly on the merchant's website before making a purchase.
3. For Merchants (Paid Subscriptions)
- Verification: Purchasing a "Verified" subscription guarantees your store will be prioritized in search results and AI contexts, subject to our verification standards.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time via your Merchant Dashboard.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel, your verification status will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- Removal: We reserve the right to remove any store from our directory (and cancel the subscription) if the store is found to be fraudulent, selling illegal goods, or misrepresenting its shipping policies.
4. API and MCP Usage
Access to our API and MCP Server is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to rate-limit, suspend, or revoke API keys for any application that abuses our infrastructure or attempts to scrape our database in bulk for resale.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FreeShippingDirectory.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
